documentation. We are not talking in terms of absolute impossibility
anywhere here, we are talking about capitalising on the considerable assets
in hand.

It is encouraging to see several hands going up with indications of
financial support. We are less than one day past the machine-gun raid but
we are not in the state of siege that some would like to think.
