Check out the old messages in 'borland.public.xml' newsgroup, there have
been a few XML editors suggested. I have tried a few, but they are not up
to much. In that newsgroup there are also good suggestions of 'freeware'
Delphi XML parsers and example code, if you or anyone wants to do it your
self. Maybe somebody in that newsgroup might know of what you are looking
for.
