Steffen is right -- dialect 2 is designed for migration
from V5 / V6 dialect 1 to V6 dialect 3.

None, this is a IB6 feature, to help migrating dialect 1 to 3. So as I
understand it, if your set your client to run dialect 2, you will get
"warnings" where there might be conflicts when running dialect 3.
But the experts will hopefully correct me if I'a wrong :-)
