Well, as you might know there is no Pascal compiler for Linux which supports
open arrays etc...

The first thing I'll do when I get Kylix in my hands is port DWS to Linux! (And
as we all know Kylix supports the development of apache-modules out of the
box..)

ack.. PHP is not written in (Delphi-OO)Pascal

Creating good Interbase modules for DWS is no problem at all - you just have to
choose how good:
IBX or IBO? [or just TQueries]
(I have got an IBX, IBO and a DB - library for DWS at home.. but I only use
IBOLib. and DBLib. ..)

Ack.. because DWS is a starting project..
Future will show how successful DWS is going to be..
