Bill Karwin had a Perl module called IBPerl. I'm pretty sure it's
still available for download at interbase.com

Sebastian Skracic (sp?) at http://acs.lavsa.com/ built an IB port
of ArsDigita community system. It works with AOLServer. You might
want to check it out.
