To stay off topic..

It's the mission of MS to annoy people as much as possible. Try this one
one day. Take a table in ms-access and export the data to a CSV text file.
Then try to bulk insert that data into an SQL server table with the same
fields suing BULK INSERT or BCP. Yea that's right you can't do it without
creating those damned format files or clicking 15 times through the DTS
wizard. Now do that a 100 times and you'll want to poke your eyes out.
