Hello there, Mr. Taylor,

First of all, would you be so kind to avoid marketspeak? Referring to
one more `industry leading .... solution' makes me thinking of Al Gore, rather
than of Ann Harrison or Vinton Cerf, OK? Thanks.
Now, you are talking about how much efforts you, together with Inprise, spend
on creating an `aggressive' startup (who are you going to attack, BTW?).
Before telling how good it will be, would you mind to explain what was bad with
the old company? And why a new company must be created to open the source?
Further on, how do you explain this:

>Dale explicitly wanted to make
>sure that those on this list knew that your points are being heard.

Is this an official statement? Are you entitled by Mr. Fuller to make such
a statement? If so, as long as we are discussing many different things
here, what points, exactly, are taken in consideration? And, of course, the
question of the century, is Mr. Fuller going to address his customers
directly? After all, our clients paid some money to Inprise, you know. It'd
be nice if he could drop us a note. Is he waiting for Valentine's?
And this one:

>Until the final details are decided, I can't say much specifically.

The final details? Don't tell the details, just explain why they are final.

>Or if you want to get your foot in the door

Uh? And make my foot a doorstop? No, thanks.
Are you authorized to offer jobs on behalf of Inprise? Other company? If the
latter, what is the name of the company?
