Hi Hannes,
There are many reasons that financial matters are being avoided in discussion
in this list. At this point., alot of decisions are being made and the
appropriate resources compiled.
When a proper system is in place, and it's existence will not compromise those
who are doing it,
full announcements and procedures will be published.
