the W3C standards. Netscapes's support of standards like Cascading Style
Sheets is buggy
at best. IE's DOM (Document Object Model) is much closer to the W3C standard
DOM than Netscapes.
IE also has quite a nice feature that allows rendering of incomplete of
incorrect HTML tables, whereas Netscape won't show them properly.
I agree with your point about better cross platform support, and I use
Mozilla as much as I can. I agree that the original comment was flamebait.
