If we come up with a list of requirements as you and several others have,
and then evaluate the available tools for those requirements, I think it
would go a long way towards impacting the decision that NewCo makes as to
the VCS tool that they will use. After all, the volunteers that will be
working on the OS IB will have to use this VCS, so their opinion will matter.
