Problem is AFAIK there is no complete/correct implementation of the SQL
standard. SQL, in real life, is standard only considering basic and
common features.

I do not see something that could have SQLite or Firebird or any other
database server, and applications depending on a database server going
to work in the one chose by the user/browser.
