Not in v3, but we still don't release v2.5 final and in v2.5 it's fully
functional.

qli's DDL is translated into DYN, but the v3 server doesn't accept DYN from
outside, effectively closing a metadata hole the size of an airport.

You can execute SQL DML and GDML queries as before. If you execute too
complex SQL queries, qli will crash, but this is the same since FB1.

But I'm not sure we want to continue on this topic's ramification. The main
issue is GPRE and the only person that has enhanced GPRE recently is Stephen
Boyd.
