It seems on my installations here that Windows-7 has sleep
enabled by default. Can others confirm?

I find it an odd contradiction that the user is supposed to know
enough to turn off paging-files (specifically not recommended by
Microsoft) and the dangers of sleeping computers ... but can't be
know that they can use EFS to protect their data.

I know that uneducated users will have problems securing their
computer properly, for a Firebird app or anything else, but
let's be a little consistent here. If they can't set-up and use
EFS they are not about to play with their page-file.
