I hope you have more than that on Oracle - Mr. Burleson
is a (ahem...) controversial figure in the Oracle
world.

If you want info about this topic, I would advise
looking at Jonathan Lewis' book - Cost Based
Oracle - the Fundamentals - not bedtime reading,
but well worth the trip.
