I personally have no needs in C API simplification now and have no
resources to volunteer such work for community, sorry. I don't even use
firebird now (not because of it's API :), I was able to use it properly
and firebird is the great software indeed). I only advocated someone
else's point that XSQLDA operations could be simplified with some helper
functions.
