Open source is open source no one can copyrigth of the open source and
how it is implemented.
OSI is one form of open source comercial open source like MS license is
open source as well.
OSI is trying its best to copyright open source but has not the right to
do it the same as microsoft has no right
to copyright it. If i like to open source my program under my terms I
need no OSI or Microsoft to tell me how
I can do it the correct way.

I use OSI and Microsoft as the two opposites of the same coin here I do
not like one over the other.
