Frank S-G did some tweaks to please the Tiny-COBOL users some years ago,

so probably somebody was trying our COBOL generation code.

I only used the Ryan McFarland compiler on 1991 for a couple of months and
never went back to the language. My usage wasn't related to IB's gpre.
