Internally Fb 1.5 and 2 are LAA. In practice the Win32 toolchain doesn't
produce LAA executables by default, but Fb 1.5 has been large address
aware on Win32 since at least 1.5.2. I can't remember if Fb 2.0 supports
it yet, but it is only a question of making a small change to the build
process.

I'm not sure of the status with the posix builds. IIRC the issue, on Linux
at least, is moot. If the kernel is compiled with a 3GB/1GB memory split
then 3GB of ram is available to an executable.
