I don't think we need to change the name because MySQL, but if majority
think it's better, no problem.
Replace is also know as UPSERT (UPDATE or INSERT), but MERGE is also
know as UPSERT.
And REPLACE is not subset/simplification of MERGE.
They are two different things.
