No, the order is more complex, but I've found it only yesterday:
first, you get a life
second, you ask if questions are allowed
third, you ask if objections are possible
then, you try to distinguish whether the discussion makes sense, if the
proposal breaks backwards compatibility and if you consider it a serious
solution or a hack.
Then you post.
