You could restore the database to an especific hour for example with a
set of 3 levels of backup's
1.) For the weekly (a whole back-up)
2.) for the day (the difference between the day and the start of the week)
3.) for the hour (the difference between the current hour to the start
of the day)

maybe it's not too expensive....
