As far as I know everything you need to compile Fb 1.0 for WinCE is there.
(Apart from a compiler, that is.) However, I don't have a pocket pc, so
I've never tried it.

No-one is working on a port of Fb 1.5 (or 2.0) that I am aware of.

There is a steady stream of interest in a port, but no-one has yet taken
the job on.
