But first we will create a problem (with such global timeout) and then we
will search ways to solve it. That is not good idea even if we do not have
any other work to do on developing. We have huge statements some of them
run for 10-20 minutes. If user was changed his mind - it will be very
happy if I give to him a Cancel button to stop that query - as Jim
proposed.
