Unfortunately, NBackup is not currently supported by the Services API.

GBAK should no longer be thought of as a backup utility, but a
data/schema migration utility.
Yes, GBAK can be used as a backup tool, but should no longer be thought
of as its primary function -- certainly not for medium-large databases.
