Correct, but without cursor stability.

As you've already explained, our concurrency mode is not RR per se, although
it's something alike.

AFAIU, we can only emulate SERIALIZABLE via isc_tpb_consistency + all tables
explicitly reserved + isc_tpb_wait. The default behaviour is not
serializable.
