Salvatore,
with 1.5 even before 1.5.0 was released.
He tries to load gdsintl.dll/so dynamically and for 1.5 he needs to load
fbintl.dll/so, that's it.
To make them work you can make a copy or link fbintl.dll/so to
gdsintl.dll/so and get happy.
