Jim has argued with my definition of "late" - the RDB$TYPES tables
showed up in InterBase and was not part of the RDB$ system tables
used by the DEC databases... It was added before triggers, so in
InterBase 1.0, but was not used fully until Claudio took in on for
Firebird.
