No resistance if we'll not forbid anything (for example forbid SELECT from
"executable" procedure). But JayBird has problem right now and can't wait
till FB3 release. Therefore i said that simple rule (based on existence of
outputs and documenting that in JayBird) is enough to all be happy without
engine changes.
