Yep.
I was just trying to show the 'crap' that is being defined by government
departments. When you ask them HOW they expect it to work the just shrug
and say that is up to you HOW you do it ;)
I've found that if I reply with fields blank it is acceptable. Since the
content that is described may well be proprietary data that we don't
have anyway. You even have to PAY to use postcodes over here. So much
for the FREE exchange of information via XML :)
