write Firebird procedures according to that very simple rule. I not
see reasons to not put SUSPEND in SP.

PS Even if we go by Jim way (compiler add the flag depending on
SUSPEND in SP body) this will not happens soon. Java developers
wanted solution right now. And now you have only one solution...
