Now the question is how to set that flag? Should we change the
procedure syntax to include RETURNS RESULT SET?

I ask this because in Russian newsgroup it was showed that checking
the procedure code for SUSPEND does not mean automatically that
procedure is selectable.

If there is a general agreement, I think we can add it later. AFAIK,
adding a field to a system table is minor ODS change.
