Yes, I know. And I know that author of IBProvider (best OLE DB driver
for IB/FB) says that this is driver-level problem, not server.
That is another opinion...

we know that SP is being executed only when EXEC PROC applied.
Also, as I know, MS SQL and Oracle return resultset like "handle"
to resultset, not that way as IB/FB do when select * from sp is made.
