There's a concise, easy to follow description of
OO extensions to SQL contained in the 7 Volume SQL-99
standard. Most of the useful part is described in
Volume 2, a convenient 1000 page volume.

And the short answer, is no, the OO extensions are
not part of Firebird 2.
