I missed the beginning of this thread so I'm not 100% sure I have the
whole picture, anyway personally I have no strong opinion on how
updatable views should behave in Fb2. 99% of my views are not
naturally updatable (i.e. joins) or are not used for update anyway.
The remaining 1% have triggers on them to make them updatable. I had
troubles with the "rows affected" return value which hasn't always
been consistent, but they are gone I believe.
So either you are mixing names or I have grown older and wiser
meanwhile. ;-)
I do care about compatibility and legacy support, FWIW.
