It would be nice to have some sort of Global UDF that can be registered with
FB and applied to each database the server connects to, alternatively for
Vulcan you could have plugins which are called after/before databases are
created this would allow us to create a plugin which can run a standard set
of scripts against each newly created database.

Just a thought.
