Oh my, have we talked about that. The very first thing that
everybody complained about was having the database use itself
to create itself. Eventually, it was discovered that gpre
could be built from relations.h and fields.h and the engine
was allowed to continue to use itself. Sigh. I was on the
winning, but wrong, side again.
