It's a new column in RDB$FIELDS. Ugh, I should be talking about
RDB$FIELD_PRECISION... :-/ ... It seems I'm getting rusty on the
sys-tables. :-0

Without F_PREC, you can't tell what the exact precision was, it
all got extracted as 5, 6 or 18 I believe - NUM(p, s) - before
ODS10.
