"You shouldn't get hung up on legalisms. A contract isn't like
a promise between friends. A contract is just a business deal.
If there's an opportunity cost to fulfilling it, like you
need the resources to develop a new product, just shag it.
Sometime down the road you will need to pay the guy's legal
costs and buy out the rest of the contract."
