I think you mean the IBGuardian's tray icon, not the IB's tray icon itself.
I have an interim binary release, courtesy of the Firebird group (Mike
Nordell specifically), that not only fixes that, but it kills the bug that
made Guardian to leak handles like a sieve.
Anyway, the Guardian bug doesn't affect IB. Even IB4.2 is Y2K compliant in
practice.
