I know pretty sure that IBX is part of delphi and all the rights are with
Borland / Inprise. Its NOT open source.
Only who does devellopment for Kylix / Delphi 6 is undefined, as far I know.

Would not be surprised however if Borland would kill it in someway: making
it opensource, stopping devellopment, or any other kinky construction, whith
would be the end of IBX
