I think IB-Architecture is for discussion of the architectural implications
of proposed changes and of the current architecture. It naturally gets into
implementation details. IB-Priorities is a list for discussing whether a
new feature should be added.

The SDF date importing question is not a feature request which has much
architectural significance. Therefore, it should be handled in
IB-Priorities, IMHO.
