represents only 0.8% of the current IB install base.

Accordingly, I think this platform can be "sacrificed to the gods".

I (think) SCO OpenServer would be the only v5.x port
that would fall victim here. A gentleman as SCO
suggested investigation into GNU Pthreads or FSU
Pthreads as something to investigate for thread
support on OS5. Or perhaps moving to UNIXWare?
