Maybe the idea can be widened: Can SYSDBA or database owner see the objects
being read or modified in the database with their TID variable. The purpose
is to create the function, allowing SYSDBA or database owner to
commit/rollback specific transaction, he/she didn't started.
P.S. Is it possible to wide USER variable with IP variable for TCP/IP
connection?
