I have checked it. But is it possible to make another version of this log
for end-users. I *can* understand everything in this log, but I *would
hate* to go through the things like the following:

- removed some files from private tree
- In get_procedure_args change comment style from // to /*
etc.

I hope you understand me. There's a lot of garbage in this log for me. I'm
only interested what functions of the engine and/or tools have been added
or fixed, test them, and then decide, what I can do with my database
applications to improve their quality.

I would just prefer to have whatsnew.txt in every official package. Your
opinion?
