Nothing has changed. Build is the same (for Windows) - 6.0.0.627.
Also you need to know that IB 6.0 and 6.0.1 does not differ,
except IBConsole and msvcrt.dll.

Maybe some floating bugs are gone (or were generated) if Firebird 0.9 was compiled
with different compiler (version) than Interbase 6.0.
